Google Play takes the safety of children seriously. At **goMigro**, we are fully committed to keeping our community free of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This policy outlines our standards and the measures we take to ensure a safe experience for all users.

1Standards Against CSAE

goMigro maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding child sexual abuse and exploitation. Our published standards include:

  • Prohibited Content: Any material that depicts, promotes, or facilitates the sexual abuse or exploitation of children is strictly forbidden.
  • Grooming Prevention: We prohibit any behavior intended to establish a relationship with a child for the purpose of sexual exploitation.
  • Explicit Language: Use of sexually explicit language or imagery involving minors is grounds for immediate permanent account termination.

2Reporting & Feedback Mechanism

We provide multiple channels for users to report safety concerns or provide feedback on our child safety measures:

3Addressing CSAM

When Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) is detected or reported, we take the following actions:

  • Immediate Removal: Any content identified as CSAM is removed from our platform immediately.
  • Account Termination: Accounts responsible for uploading or sharing CSAM are permanently banned.
  • Reporting to Authorities: We report all instances of CSAM and related illegal activities to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement agencies.

4Legal Compliance

goMigro complies with international child safety laws and regulations, including:

  • COPPA: Compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act.
  • Local Regulations: Adherence to child safety laws in the regions we operate, including Europe, Canada, and the USA.
  • Industry Best Practices: Implementing recommendations from the Tech Coalition for Combating Online CSEA.
