Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using goMigro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. goMigro is a social media community and super app platform designed for immigrants. Our mission is to help you connect, integrate, and thrive. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform.
Objectionable Content & Conduct
goMigro maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding objectionable content and abusive users.
You may NOT post content that is:
- Defamatory, obscene, pornographic, offensive, or promotes discrimination based on race, religion, gender, or nationality.
- Harassing, threatening, or intended to incite violence against individuals or groups.
- Inaccurate or fraudulent information regarding immigration status or legal processes.
- Promotion of illegal activities or unauthorized commercial transactions.
Any user participating in the above conduct will be immediately suspended, and their content will be removed.
Community & Networking
goMigro provides tools for professional networking and community interaction. By using these features, you agree that:
- You are responsible for the accuracy of any professional or personal information you share.
- Networking connections are made at your own discretion; goMigro does not guarantee the intent or actions of other users.
- Job listings provided on the platform are for informational purposes. goMigro is not an employer or a legal representative of any third-party offering employment.
Content Moderation
To ensure a safe environment for all immigrants, goMigro reserves the right to:
- Review and remove User-Generated Content that violates our standards.
- Utilize automated and manual moderation systems to flag objectionable material.
- Provide "Report" functions for users to alert us of abusive behavior. We promise to act on reported content within 24 hours.
Termination of Service
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to goMigro immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the platform's community mission.
